Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds are sometimes processed separately from your bank account. If you encounter any issues with your refund, please provide us with transaction details to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
